IJS Consultants is a registered BS EN ISO 9001:2000 company (Certificate No. GB 12009). Our Quality Assurance system applies to all our work irrespective of which industry we are working in. The approved quality management system applies to the provision of Safety and Risk Management consultancy services.

Our continued success is dependant on the implementation of a Quality Management System in order to surpass the requirements of clients in providing professional consultancy services on time, to cost and in an efficient manner. Quality Assurance is a principal means of ensuring client satisfaction and providing a means against which the company's performance can be measured, continually monitored and improved.

In support of BS EN ISO 9001:2000 registration, independent customer satisfaction surveys have been conducted. IJS Consultants have consistently achieved an overall customer satisfaction greater than 70%, equating to a Silver Award.

Internal customer satisfaction surveys are also undertaken, based on our clients formal feedback which we receive on completion of a project.

In the 5 years we have been undertaking the surveys there has been a steady improvement in our overall level of customer satisfaction.
